About Samrajya Ayodhya
Samrajya Ayodhya is a studio apartment and retail project on the 30 m wide Faizabad–Lucknow Road in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The brochure's line, "Prabhu Shri Ram ke ab aur bhi kareeb", sums up the idea: a home or a stay near the Ram Janmabhoomi, built in a palace-and-temple style with domes, arches and chhatris.
The project is planned in three phases. Phase II has 661 studio apartments from the 1st to the 5th floor, set around a large open-to-sky courtyard called Ashok Vatika. Phase 1 and Phase 3 face the main road and carry retail, with showrooms, 3 m high shops, a dining lounge and a double-height arrival lobby.
Every studio has its own room, attached toilet, kitchenette counter and a 1.5 m deep balcony. The 2 BHK sets and larger Type H units suit families, while Type A and B studios suit investors, pilgrims' stays and rental use.

How many floors and units are there?
Phase II has studio apartments from the 1st to the 5th floor: 125 units on the 1st floor and 134 units on each of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors, a total of 661 units and 4,05,342 sq ft of saleable area.
What are the parking arrangements?
The site plan provides for 615 car parks: 463 in a basement stack system and 152 on the stilt level, against a tentative requirement of 560.
What is the price and payment plan?

Who is the developer and what is the RERA number?
The brochure we have does not print the developer name or RERA registration number. Ask us for both, and check the registration on the UP-RERA website (up-rera.in) before you pay any booking amount.

Yes. The site plan shows retail in Phase 1 and Phase 3 along the main road, including 3 m high shops, showrooms and sunken al fresco areas, with separate arrival points for retail.
